ZUMBA

Zumba has been responsible for getting many into fitness, and those who thought that fitness was boring always bring a smile to Zumba classes. The fact that it requires no particular skill apart from the enjoyment of music, makes it accessible to both young and old.

Njahira Gathara Kipowski trained both in Kenya and Europe and licensed in Zumba Basic, Zumba Step, Zumba Sentao and Zumba in the Circuit. Njahira became a believer in Zumba once she realized how much it touched the lives of those who instructed and practiced it.

Classes are every Saturday 10AM-11AM

MUAY
THAI

A Thai martial art, known as the ‘art of eight limbs’, Muay Thai uses the knees and elbows as well as kicks and punches. Almost any part of the body is considered a fair target and any part of the body, except the head, may be used to strike an opponent. It is considered by many to be the ultimate in hand-to-hand fighting.On a physical level, regular Muay Thai training will give you a well-proportioned physique, build stamina and get you in excellent shape. You will develop an athlete’s body composition. You will gain greater strength and agility, and will benefit from an immune system boost. On a mental level, the study of Muay Thai will improve your self-confidence, discipline and self-awareness.

Our training is open to people at all skill levels.

We teach the fundamentals of striking, elbows, knee drills, sweeps and technical strikes. We make use of Thai pads for the drills. Conditioning drills will ensure that both your mind and body are raised to elite levels. Several students have gone on to have professional careers as fighters.
