Njahira Gathara Kipowski trained both in Kenya and Europe and licensed in Zumba Basic, Zumba Step, Zumba Sentao and Zumba in the Circuit. Njahira became a believer in Zumba once she realized how much it touched the lives of those who instructed and practiced it.

Our training is open to people at all skill levels.
We teach the fundamentals of striking, elbows, knee drills, sweeps and technical strikes. We make use of Thai pads for the drills. Conditioning drills will ensure that both your mind and body are raised to elite levels. Several students have gone on to have professional careers as fighters.
